Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Rs. 50 is charged for cash on delivery orders.
Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, Bigsmall.in is fully GST compliant.
Relevant GST % is already added to your product total. Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 - 6 working days (major cities).

Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centers.

Time frame for order from dispatch date:
Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days
Rest of India: 5-7 working days.

COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company's end for processing.
What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at digitoshoppy@gmail.com
